Under Services (Local), look for the Print Spooler service. Select the printer you need to clear by right clicking on it and choose See what’s printing from the list.Type in the search box Services.msc and open the Services Application.To get access to administrator rights, contact your system administrator. To restart the service, Administrator rights may be required. Note: If the job is taking a long time to delete from the job queue, restarting the Print Spooler service may help. Right click on the job that is stuck and select Delete Job.Select the printer and click on open queue.For Windows 10 Users, Type in Printer and Scanners and launch application.For Windows 7 Users, Select Devices and Printers. ![]()
